The output billing IDOC Qualifier 107 in segment E1EDK02 has no description, and cannot be found in the drop down list. The qualifier is specific for Austria Tax VAT Registration Number.

In the initial investigation a relevant OSS note (918743) was found and was shared with NEC. The issue was escalated to SAP for a solution and SAP had recommended carrying out changes manually to add the qualifier 107 in the data element EDI_QUALFR in transaction SE11.
